Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on February 24, 2023, found that Accucare Home Nursing, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on January 12, 2023.

Chapter 601, Home Health Care Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a home health re-licensure survey completed on January 12, 2023.
